If for any reason, it turns out that the purchased product is of poor quality, it can be returned to the Seller and receive in return a similar product of good quality or a sum of money paid for it. The company accepts claims for inadequate quality of the goods during the expiration date of the products.
A quality product can be returned to the company if such a return does not contradict the requirements of the law if: the buyer has a commodity or cash voucher; the individual packaging of the product has no damage; the product has not been used wholly or partially; such a return does not contradict the law. When returning a quality product to the buyer, the amount paid for it is refunded.
Only goods purchased in official online store or from the official company representatives are accepted for return or exchange. Products purchased from other sellers are not approved for return.
Consumer protection law governs any controversial issues on the return or exchange of goods.
